Plant Care - Hibiscus

Light: Bright light location is preferred.
Water: Moist soil is preferred.  Water thoroughly every 1-2 days.  Do not allow plants to stand in water.
Temperature: Warm - Prefers 70-75 daytime's and 65-70 nights.
Availability: June through October.
Color Range: Rose, red, pink, orange and white.
Lasting Quality: One day per bloom.  Continuous flowering under proper conditions.  Long-lived plants.
Key Tips for Success: The exotic Hibiscus has large, single or double flowers that last only a day.  They may be removed from the plant and used for decoration - in the hair, for example.  They will stay fresh for their usual length of time even with out water.  Bud drop can be a problem caused by low light, cold temperatures, overheating or drying out.  Take extra care with watering so plants will never wilt.
